Deryn Sharp. Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld.

Finally! Pics of my Leviathan cosplay! I've had this cosplay done for over a month now and I'm finally getting pictures. :P Who would have guessed that old style pants that go up to your belly button would be so comfortable (it's because of the suspenders).

Leviathan is one of the best steampunk series out there. Hey, it's steampunk where having goggles actually makes sense!!

In a world where Darwin discovered DNA and mechanical war machines are bug-shaped mecha. Deryn is a girl who wants to join the British airforce so she disguises herself as a boy. Toss in exiled Prince Alek of Austria and some cyborg animal/steampunk mecha WWI action and you get this awesome series.

You should totally cosplay Dr. Barlow if you get the chance! :) You can probably find a bowler hat at the Halloween stores now (I got one last year because I wanted to cosplay her too, lol).

I'd like to do a photoshoot! I wore this to the zoo last month intending to get photos with animals but I was having so much fun forgot to take any pictures. XP
